		TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. To qualify, your company must enroll in the Venture Club and complete one round-trip transatlantic British Airways flight between the U.S. or Canada and the U.K. on a qualifying Concorde, First, Club WorldSM, World Traveller PlusSM or World TravellerSM (classes R, F, J, A, D, Y, W, T, B, H, K, M or V) ticket between March 15 and June 30, 2002. 2. On a one-time basis only, 2,500 bonus Venture Points will be posted to your company's Venture Club account upon completion of the company employee's return transatlantic sector. 3. Venture Points will be earned on the majority of published fares for travel on British Airways. Points will not be earned on consolidator, industry discount (travel agent), charter, infant, free or reduced-rate companion tickets or other unpublished fares or tickets. Travel taken on Venture Club reward tickets will not earn points. 4. Tickets must be purchased in the U.S. or Canada in U.S. or Canadian dollars, and travel must originate in the U.S. or Canada. 5. To ensure Venture Points are automatically credited to your company's Venture Club account, the account number must be provided when making reservations. 6. Companies must consist of at least three employees travelling internationally. Companies will not be permitted to redeem points until the travel of at least three individual employees has been completed via British Airways. 7. Offer is not available in conjunction with any discount coupon, upgrade or free travel award, and cannot be combined with any other Venture Point offers. 8. The terms and conditions of an employee's Executive Club membership are unchanged by this programme. Frequent flyer mileage earned will remain in, and will continue to accrue to, an individual employee's Executive Club account in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Executive Club. 9. British Airways reserves the right to terminate this programme with 90 days' written notice. This means, among other things, that a member's right to accumulate points and claim rewards can be terminated 90 days after British Airways notifies the member. 10. PLEASE NOTE: British Airways requires that the member must fully complete and submit all required forms, information and approvals in order to ensure accurate and complete tracking and reporting of point accrual. 11. By enrolling, the corporate officer and Programme Administrator agree to receive programme mail, telephone calls and/or e-mail. The member may choose to stop receiving communications from the Venture Club (with the exception of statements and fulfillments) by contacting Venture Club Member Services. 12.
